How to Embed Todoist in Notion

Open Notion in a web browser

Add the embed block

Log in with your Todoist email and password. If you normally sign in with Google, Apple, or Facebook, those buttons won't complete inside an iframe — set a Todoist account password first (Todoist Settings → Account), then use it here.

The embed is a third-party frame, so a browser that blocks third-party cookies or cross-site tracking will not remember the session — you'll be bounced back to the login screen. Embed a specific project, filter, or label
Instead of the generic app URL, open the exact view you want in the Todoist web app and copy the link from the address bar — for example https://todoist.com/app/project/<id> or a filter view. Paste that into the embed block to land straight on that list instead of Today.
Give the block real height
Drag the bottom handle down. Todoist's UI carries a sidebar and header inside the frame, so a short block leaves almost no room for tasks; roughly 500–600px tall is where it starts feeling like the real app.

- The embed does not work in Notion's desktop or mobile apps — you and every viewer must open the page in a web browser.
- It's per-viewer, not shared: everyone who opens the page sees their own Todoist account, or a login screen if they don't have one.
